Through Commander Lynn Burnett's program of on-the-job training (OJT), our new Chapter Service Officers (CSOs) were more than ready to tackle their formal training from Phoenix National Service Office Supervisor and Area 12 NSO Supervisor Aunjel Smith on January 23rd. Here we see how recruitment and preparation can have a positive impact on a Chapter's ability to provide outstanding VA claims and other services to our Veteran community!
